Gaurify Web is the website-design division of Gaurify, operated by Kanishk Gaur, GSTIN 09DHLPG5603Q1ZR, in Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us any time at hello@gaurifyhq.com.

Prices shown on this site are starting points. Every project is scoped and quoted before any work begins. A project is confirmed once you approve the scope and pay the agreed deposit.

Timelines, revisions and deliverables are agreed per project in writing before we start.

Projects usually begin with a deposit and complete on the balance. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on them. Indian invoices include 18% GST; invoices to clients outside India are treated as export of services.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your card details.

Once a project is fully paid, the final delivered website and its custom assets are yours. We may show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party tools, fonts and libraries remain under their own licenses.

You confirm you have the rights to any content, logos and material you give us to use. You agree to give timely feedback and approvals so the project can move.

We do our best work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the project in question.

We may update these terms as the business grows. The current version always lives at this page, with the date above.
