What we collect
When you send a brief or book a call, we collect your name, email, company and the message you write. That is it.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages people visit. It does not identify you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, quote your project, and improve the site. We do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.
Who can see it
Your inquiry is emailed to us through our email provider (Brevo). Payments, when you make them, are handled by our payment provider. We do not share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep project and inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Indian tax and accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@gaurifyhq.com and we will action it.
