Refund & Cancellation

A project begins with a deposit that reserves our time and covers the first phase of work. Because that time is set aside for you, the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

You can stop a project at any time. You pay for the work completed up to that point; anything paid beyond that is refunded. We hand over everything produced so far.

In the rare case we cannot complete the work we agreed, we refund the portion you paid for work not yet done.

Monthly Care plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days of being agreed.
